I'm always a big fan of "don't reinvent, reuse", might be just my opinion but personally don't want to spend months of coding/testing things that a dozen better developers have done it before me. But when you take a look at the official AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloudflare providers from the official Pulumi repo, yeah, it's generated from Terraform providers, that's a fact.
